Samsara
Samsara is a deepened blue jelly infused with pink/copper/green/gold shifting shimmer and blue flash reflective micro glitter. Polish will dry down textured and matte due to the glitters so for a smooth, shiny look finish with either a thicker glossy top coat or glitter smoothing top coat followed by glossy top coat.
