What payment methods do you accept?

When will my order be shipped? 
All orders typically ship out within 1 to 2 weeks. During a new collection release or the busy season (August - December), orders may take up to 3.5 weeks to ship. I am a one woman operation and I work as fast as possible to get orders out so please bear with me! Thank you so much <3

How do I check the status of my order?
You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been successfully transmitted. In addition, a shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package. If you have any questions about your order feel free to reach out to me at [email protected]


What shipping methods do you use?
1-6 polishes will ship via USPS First Class/Ground Advantage and 7+ will ship via USPS Priority. Once orders are packed and shipped, First Class/Ground Advantage takes 2-8 days to arrive and Priority Mail takes 2-5 days to arrive. 

How do I return or exchange an item purchased?
Due to the nature of the products all sales are final so please double check your order. However, if you received a broken, incorrect or otherwise damaged item please email me at [email protected] with photo evidence and be sure to include your name and shipping address and I will do my best to make it right. 

How do I cancel or edit a placed order? 
If you wish to cancel or change your order please send an email to [email protected] including the name on the order and shipping address. If an order has already shipped, I will be unable to cancel it. 

Is my privacy and personal info secure on your site? 
All payments (and personal info entered) accepted on the site are processed by Paypal or Stripe and as such are protected by SSL with encryption. 

What happens if the item I ordered is out of stock?
Generally, if an item is showing on the website it is available to order and in stock. Every once in awhile I miscalculate a stock count for a polish and oversell it slightly. In the event that happens, I will either issue you a refund for the polish + shipping cost (if I am unable to restock the polish in a timely manner) or reach out to you about possible replacement options. 

How do I use discount codes in your shop?
The coupon/discount code box can be found on the checkout/cart page. The text will say 'Have a discount code?' It will be located on the right hand side under the products in your cart and the 'Need to leave a note or instructions?' message. Enter the code and click the Apply button.

Are your polishes 5-Free? And what is 5-Free?
Yes, Potion Polish uses ingredients that are 5-Free. This means the polishes do not contain Camphor, Dibutyl Phthalate (DBP), Toluene, Formaldehyde and Formaldehyde Resin. 

Are your polishes Cruelty Free? 
Yes, Potion Polish is strongly against animal cruelty and does not test any products on animals nor buy ingredients that have been tested on animals or from businesses who do.

Do you ship internationally? 
I'm so sorry but I no longer ship outside of the United States and Canada.
