  • What methods of payment do you accept?

    • We accept PayPal and the following credit cards: Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express.

  • When will my order be shipped?

    • Orders placed will ship within 1 to 2 weeks. During a new collection release or holiday seasons, orders may take up to 3.5 weeks to ship.

  • How do I check the status of my order?

    • You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been successfully transmitted. In addition, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package.

  • What shipping methods do you use?

    • We ship 1-3 polishes via USPS First Class mail. If you buy 4 or over it will ship USPS Priority. Once orders are packed and shipped, First Class orders typically take 2-8 days to arrive, Priority Mail packages typically take 2-5 days to arrive.

  • How do I return or exchange an item purchased?

    • Due to the nature of our products all sales are final so please double check your order. However, if you received a broken, incorrect or otherwise damaged item please email us with photo evidence and be sure to include your name and shipping address and we will do our best to make it right.

  • How do I cancel or edit a placed order?

    • If you wish to cancel your order please send an email to: [email protected] including the name on the order and shipping address.

  • Is my privacy and personal info secure on your site?

    • All payments accepted on the site are processed by PayPal or Stripe and as such, your information is protected by SSL with an encryption.

  • What happens if the item I ordered is out of stock?

    • All items are subject to availability. Generally, if an item is showing on our website then it is available to order. However, during busy periods where demand may outweigh the amount of stock we have and we may not be able to fulfil your order. If this is the case, we will let you know as soon as possible.

  • How do I use discount codes in your shop?

    • Upon adding products to the cart, you can enter a discount code in the input field labeled 'discount/coupon code' and then click the 'update total' or 'apply' button.

  • Are your polishes 5-Free? And what is 5-Free?

    • Yes, Potion Polish uses ingredients that are 5-Free. This means our polishes do not contain Camphor, Dibutyl Phthalate (DBP), Toleune, Formaldehyde, and Formaldehyde Resin.
